I travel often for work, and this hotel hit every mark. Quiet, spacious room. Very clean. Coffee and tea always available. I also had a free airport pickup which was on time and comfortable. I especially appreciated the trustworthy tour service — I felt safe the entire time. Highly recommended.
For what you get, this hotel is an absolute bargain. Huge rooms, great service, fast internet, and super comfy seating area. I also booked a day tour through the hotel and it was very affordable and well-organized. Will absolutely stay again next time I'm in Cairo.
As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at Imperial Hotel. There are cameras, round-the-clock reception, and the staff are so kind. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. Plus, having a kettle and coffee station made relaxing in the evenings extra cozy.
This place was a total surprise — in the best way! From the pickup at the airport to the friendly front desk, everything ran smoothly. The room had everything: coffee machine, cozy lounge area, and blackout curtains. Slept like a baby and felt super well taken care of.
My experience here was calm and comfortable. The staff were very polite and professional. I enjoyed the quiet environment and the well-furnished room. The pick-up service was very convenient, and the tours arranged were honest and reasonably priced.
The people working here really care. They helped me plan every part of my stay, from airport pickup to an unforgettable trip to the pyramids. The hotel itself is beautiful — sleek, modern, and clean. The breakfast was a delicious start to each day. I’ll be back for sure.
I fell in love with the design of the room — very modern, clean, and spacious. The little touches like the tea, coffee, and water made it feel like a 5-star experience. Breakfast had lots of options, and I appreciated the hotel’s secure atmosphere with cameras and 24-hour front desk. Très bien!
I was genuinely surprised by how quiet and relaxing my room was — the soundproofing really works. After long days exploring the city, coming back to the comfy room with a cup of Nespresso coffee was a dream. Staff were also super responsive anytime I needed anything. 10/10!
The soundproofing in the rooms is amazing. You’d never guess you’re in a busy city! The bed was super comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities like coffee, tea, and bottled water in the room. Security is also top notch. A great choice for business or leisure!
The hotel opened recently, everything is new. The room was spacious and clean. It is located in the heart of the old and chaotic part of Cairo, in walking distance to Tahir Square. The staff was great, spoke English, and provided us with many local recommendations and tour options. The rooms are quite noisy, from the outside but also from the hallway. If you are next to the kitchen, it will be quite noisy during breakfast times.
